Fragrant and delicious white mulled wine is in no way inferior to red in its therapeutic effect. And cooking it is a pleasure. So I offer an excellent culinary recipe that you can use in the autumn-winter-spring period.

Pour dry white wine into an enameled or glass saucepan. Add sugar (if you haven't found cane sugar, it's not scary, ordinary granulated sugar will also do). You can replace sugar with honey, only take it one and a half times more. Pour in the water.

Cut lemon and orange into slices and, together with the peel, lower it into the future white mulled wine. Here we also add spices – cinnamon and cloves.

Now put the pan on the stove, turning on a slow fire. And, stirring, bring to a boil.

After the drink is filtered through wet gauze and poured into mulled wine glasses. Serve hot, garnished with a circle of orange.

By the way, I sometimes replace water with apple juice.
