Cooking method

Cooking time: 2 h 10 min

1. First of all, pour soy sauce into a bowl, pour sugar here, heat it in a microwave oven, mix until the crystals completely dissolve. It is not necessary to warm up for a very long time, 15 seconds will be enough.

2. Wash beef under running water, dry it with paper towels. Cut the prepared meat into cubes. It should not be greasy, without films and veins. Beef tenderloin is best suited, and you can use ready-made beef stroganoff, which will speed up and facilitate the preparation process. So, we put the meat in a bowl, salt, pepper, and send it to the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.

3. Peel the carrots, wash them, cut them into thin circles. Peel the onion and garlic, cut the onion into cubes. Fry the onion and garlic in vegetable oil until golden, then add the carrots, fry gently stirring for about 2 minutes.

4. Defrost the mushrooms. You can do this in advance by transferring them from the freezer to the refrigerator and leave overnight. During this time, the mushrooms will thaw. You can also resort to kitchen appliances, such as a microwave oven, in which mushrooms will defrost much faster. Drain the water from the thawed mushrooms, put them in a frying pan with vegetables, fry for about 7 minutes, stir occasionally.

5. Fry the meat in butter, on each side for a maximum of 5 minutes. The meat should come to readiness. After frying the beef, cover the pan with a lid and remove from the heat, set aside for a while.

6. Pour water into a saucepan (1.5 liters will be enough), send it to the fire, bring it to a boil. Then salt and put the funchosa in boiling water, cook for 5 minutes. After the specified time, we throw the noodles into a colander, rinse them under a stream of cold water. Spread the funchosa on a cutting board, sprinkle with sesame oil and cut into pieces about 10 centimeters.

7. Break the egg into a bowl, whisk with a fork as for an omelet. Pour into a frying pan greased with vegetable oil, spread over its surface, fry on both sides. During flipping, you need to act extremely carefully so as not to break the egg pancake. Cut the egg pancake into thin strips. It is convenient to do this by rolling the pancake into a roll.

8. Put the funchosa in a salad bowl, pour soy sauce, add fried vegetables with mushrooms, meat and omelet strips. Fresh spinach leaves are washed, dried, added to the chapche. At the end, sprinkle the dish with sesame oil again and sprinkle with fried sesame seeds.

Eat with pleasure, treat your family and friends!
