1. Let's bake the base for the tart. In a deep bowl, sift the flour, pour sugar and salt. Mix the dry ingredients.

2. Cut frozen butter into small cubes. Spread the butter to the dry ingredients, rub into a crumb.

3. Put the egg yolk in a bowl, pour the specified amount of cold water here, beat with a fork. Pour the resulting mixture into the crumbs. Knead the plastic dough.

4. Spread the dough in a suitable form, pre-greased with vegetable oil. We distribute it evenly. We form a side. Over the entire surface of the base, we make punctures with a fork. Cover the base with cling film, send it to the refrigerator for an hour.

5. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Bake the base in it for 25 minutes, until it turns golden brown.

6. We remove the mold with the base from the oven, leave it for a while.

7. Pour the dry cream for the cake into a saucepan and pour 1 \ 3 part of cold milk. Mix until smooth. The mass should be without lumps.

8. Pour the remaining 2 \ 3 parts of milk into a small saucepan. We send it to the fire and bring it to a boil. Pour the boiling milk into a saucepan with the previously prepared mixture.

9. We send the saucepan to the fire and bring the cream to a boil. Then the cream is cooled and whipped in a warm form with a mixer until fluffy. Spread the cream on the base. Leveling up.

10. Strawberries, raspberries, blackberries and blueberries are washed, carefully dried. Strawberries are cut into thin plates. Decorate the pie with berries and immediately serve it on the table.
