Guiru lagman

Asian cuisine dish will amaze you with its taste! Guiru lagman is homemade noodles with a sauce of stewed vegetables with meat. The dish is delicious, hearty, unusual. When boiling noodles, add a little sunflower oil and salt to the water. It will take quite a while to prepare, but it's worth it!

1. Prepare noodles:

- sift the flour into a bowl, break the egg, pour salt and pour water, knead the elastic elastic dough, leave it under the food wrap for half an hour;

- we spread the dough on the work surface pre-lubricated with sunflower oil, form a cake from it, then cut it into long bars, roll out each bar into a thin bundle;

- we spread the bundles on a flat plate, folding them in the shape of a snail, lubricate with sunflower oil on top, leave for 15 minutes, then stretch the bundles into noodles;

- cook the noodles in small batches for 5 minutes from the moment of boiling, then throw them into a colander.

2. And now let's do the sauce:

- my beef, cut into small pieces, fry in a cauldron in sunflower oil until golden;

- peel onions and carrots, cut into cubes, spread with meat, salt;

- my eggplant, cut in proportion to the carrots, spread with the rest of the ingredients;

- I wash the tomato, peel the bell pepper from the seeds, cut the vegetables into cubes and send them after the eggplant;

- peel the garlic, pass it through the press, put it in a cauldron, pour the broth from the noodles, salt to taste, simmer until the vegetables are fully cooked.

Serve the noodles on the table with sauce.
