Salad with fried mushrooms and cheese

Insanely delicious salad with an unexpected combination of ingredients. At first glance, it may seem that mushrooms and pineapples do not combine. But, believe me, it's very tasty. And cheese perfectly complements and goes well with pineapple and fried mushrooms.

How to make a salad with fried mushrooms and cheese? This layered salad in our family is called "Chamomile" and it always takes pride of place on our festive table. This is our favorite salad, besides it is great for a vegetarian table (we have two vegetarians in our family).

And, so, let's start cooking!

Let's start with onions. It needs to be pickled. To do this, peel one onion and cut into cubes. Then pour a glass of boiling water over the onion. Add one tablespoon of sugar and two tablespoons of vinegar 9% to the water. Leave to marinate for 15 minutes. Then drain the water.

While the onion is marinating, let's do the mushrooms. Mushrooms for salad are suitable for any. I usually use champignons. Wash the mushrooms from the sand, cut each mushroom in half, then cut each half into thin plates.

Pour the chopped mushrooms into a dry frying pan. Put it on the fire. Mushrooms will first release water, when the water evaporates, pour two tablespoons of vegetable oil into the mushrooms and fry the mushrooms until golden brown.

Boil the eggs, peel and grate on a coarse grater. One egg needs to be put aside, we will need it for decoration.

Drain the canned pineapples and cut them into small pieces.

Grate any hard cheese on a fine grater.

Now let's start assembling the salad. To do this, I used a cooking ring. A detachable cake baking dish is also suitable.

We spread the salad in layers:

1. Grated boiled eggs;
Smear a little mayonnaise;
2. Fried mushrooms;
3. Pickled onion;
Brush with mayonnaise again.
4. Canned pineapples;
5. Grated cheese;
Brush thickly with mayonnaise.

Decorate the top of the salad with the egg that we left at the beginning. Make a chamomile out of this egg. Cut the protein into strips and make chamomile petals. Rub the yolks on a fine grater and spoon them into the center of the chamomile. Make leaves from parsley.

You can make several such daisies, you will get a whole clearing of daisies.

Bon appetit and good mood!

It is better to prepare mayonnaise yourself. It will be tastier and healthier. See the interesting ones here homemade mayonnaise recipes.
Also, as a dressing, you can use not only mayonnaise, but also sour cream or natural yogurt. They can be taken separately or mixed with mayonnaise in any proportion to your taste - this will reduce the calorie content of the dish.
