Wheat porridge with butter without milk

Delicious porridge is suitable as a side dish to any dish! And it's easy to cook! I really like wheat porridge. It is very useful, has a low glycemic index, thanks to which it is included in the children's menu and is ideal for dietary nutrition, is included in the mandatory diet of athletes. It contains a lot of fiber, phosphorus, iron and potassium. There are two types of cereals: Poltava (it is usually called simply Wheat groats) and Artek. I cooked Poltava grits today. Even a beginner in cooking can cook such a porridge.
