Salad with pork and pickles

A quick and hearty salad made from available ingredients. I love meat salads. They combine satiety and excellent taste. I made salads with smoked sausage a couple of times, but in the presence of mayonnaise, such salads turn out to be too greasy. Therefore, I prefer a less fatty carbonade, ham or pork (having cut off the entire fatty part).
