Hot chocolate has always been considered one of the most favorite treats for children. And adults sometimes would love to treat themselves to this slightly tart rich and so cozy drink. You can cook it in different ways. But if you have a coffee machine in your household, you can use it and make a cup of delicious saturated hot chocolate, which will not only cheer you up and charge you with positive emotions. This drink is also very useful for the heart and helps strengthen blood vessels.

So, in order to make hot chocolate in a coffee machine, you will need the machine itself with the function of whipping milk. It is also called a cappuccino machine. That is, milk is poured into a special compartment, which begins to churn into foam. This function is available in almost all modern coffee machines and is used for making cappuccino or latte.

Of the ingredients for hot chocolate, you will need milk. Whole milk or milk with an increased amount of fat content is best suited. In this case, hot chocolate will turn out to be more viscous, saturated and thick. You will also need chocolate powder to make hot chocolate. It can be bought in supermarkets in a special section where they sell teas, coffee and related products.

So, the cooking process itself looks like this. Whole milk is poured into a special compartment of the coffee machine and slightly warmed up to a warm state. Then the chocolate powder is poured in. Reconnect the compartment to the coffee machine and turn on the cappuccino machine, which thoroughly mixes the chocolate in the heated milk. The more the milk is heated, the thicker the chocolate drink will be.

As soon as the drink is whipped, you can pour it into a cup, add a little sugar and a little ground cinnamon. Mix the hot chocolate well and you can start tasting. And you can also decorate it with grated dark chocolate on top.

Bon appetit!
