How to make a roll of pita bread with canned tuna?

1. Boil the eggs. Cool, peel and grate them on a coarse grater. Yolks together with whites.
2. Drain all the liquid from the tin of canned tuna and free it from bones and spine, unless you have a boneless fillet specifically for salad.
3. Discard the canned young corn in a colander, allow the excess liquid to drain.
4. Wash and dry the fresh cucumbers. Using a vegetable peeler, make cucumber slices - thin strips. For summer cucumbers, I do not use only the first slice, which turns out to consist entirely of the peel. And if you have hothouse cucumbers, then you should get rid of the peel completely.
5. To prepare this roll, you will need a thin Armenian lavash. Take two standard large sheets. And spread them out on the work surface, putting one on top of the other a little overlap. I overlap about 3-3.5 cm.
6. Brush the pita bread with a thin layer of soft cream cheese. It is convenient to do this with the back of a spoon.
7. Evenly distribute the tuna fillets.
8. Put the corn on top, then the eggs.
9. Place cucumber slices perpendicular to the pita bread sheets. I lay out the cucumbers in three or four separate strips, making quite large gaps between them. Then the incision will turn out like in my photo.
10. Roll the roll tightly, pack it in plastic wrap. And leave under the yoke in the refrigerator for three or four hours for impregnation.
11. After this time, remove the cling film, cut the roll with a sharp knife into portions and serve to the table.

Sometimes I cook it without corn and cucumbers. Just cheese, egg and tuna.
Canned tuna can be replaced with saury or pink salmon. In this case, the taste of the fish is more pronounced.
And cream cheese successfully replaces the usual mayonnaise, if you eat it.
In any case, as practice shows, this roll is popular with guests and is always the first to "leave" the festive table.
