Pike ear in a slow cooker

Rich, fragrant, with a rich fishy taste! Pike makes the most wonderful ear. And when I cook in a slow cooker, the broth remains transparent, the aroma remains all inside, vegetables and fish do not boil. The soup turns out like in a pot from the oven. Cook it and your family will definitely praise and say thank you!

Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h 10 min

1. Take the fillet of pike, already pre-cleaned, cut into portions. We put it in the bowl of a slow cooker and fill it with water. Immediately add peeled and chopped onions with carrots and potatoes. Who does not like onions in soup, you can cut into 4 parts, and how to cook it, get it out of the broth. We set the "soup" mode and cook for 20 minutes.

2. Millet is washed in water several times, until clear water. Sometimes the millet is bitter, then you can wash it with boiling water. We spread the grits to the fish and vegetables. Cook the soup for another 25 minutes. At the end, add spices and salt. We take out the bay leaf so that it does not give bitterness.

We serve the soup to the table with sour cream and chopped herbs.
