Appetizer of cod liver and tomatoes

A delicious and healthy snack in a matter of minutes. Cod liver is a delicious and healthy delicacy. But you can't eat a lot of it in its pure form. Therefore, various snacks or salads are prepared from the liver of cod. My favorite is an appetizer of cod liver and tomatoes, the recipe of which I want to offer you.

Wash and dry the lettuce leaves. Cut tomatoes into rings 1 cm thick . Mash the cod liver with a fork, grate the cheese and egg on a coarse grater, chop the onion finely. Combine cod liver, cheese, egg and green onion, season with salt and pepper, add mayonnaise and mix.

Put lettuce leaves on a dish, tomatoes on top, cod liver filling on tomatoes. Decorate the top with parsley if desired and serve to the table. The appetizer with tomatoes and cod liver is ready! Bon appetit!
