The ice cream maker helps to prepare incredibly lush and delicate ice cream at home. But there is one important point - the bowl of the ice cream maker must be frozen before cooking a delicious treat. Therefore, we put the bowl in the freezer overnight - it's convenient. The bowl can be kept in the freezer for longer. Depending on the model and manufacturer, the time can vary from 8 to 20 hours. But eight hours is the minimum. It is better not to neglect these rules - then the ice cream will turn out great!

So, the bowl is frozen. You can proceed directly to the preparation of homemade ice cream.

Peel the bananas, cut them into large pieces and put them in a blender bowl. Next, add sugar to the bananas, as well as powdered milk. Add vanilla extract. By the way, its quantity can be increased - here you need to focus on your taste. Grind everything together to a homogeneous consistency using an immersion blender.

Now pour milk to the resulting fruit puree. It is better if it is high in fat, ideally homemade. But a less greasy store-bought one will also make a delicious treat.

Whisk everything together with a blender again until all the ingredients are combined. That's it, the mass for ice cream is ready - it's time to remove the bowl of the ice cream maker from the freezer, which we do. Then pour the mass into a cold bowl and turn on the unit for 20 minutes. The time may vary slightly - carefully read the instructions for your ice cream maker.

After the specified time, the ice cream will be ready. It turns out to be very airy, lush, tender, literally melting before your eyes and not very thick. You can eat it now, but if you want to get a more frozen and solid result, this is easy to achieve. It is necessary to transfer the mass into a container for freezing and put it in the freezer for 3-4 hours. It is also possible to use special portion molds for ice cream.

After this period, the delicacy can be served to the table, decorated to your taste. For example, you can use confectionery sprinkles, chopped nuts, grated chocolate.

Bon appetit!
