We pass the rowan berries through a meat grinder (you can mash them with your hands or with a potato masher), add 200 grams of sugar and a little water (a glass), mix. We put the berries with the resulting liquid in a jar, add raisins (do not wash), put a water seal.

We remove the jar to a warm and dark place for fermentation. After 10-14 days (depending on temperature) you can drain the juice, squeeze the berries well.

We proceed according to the same algorithm: add sugar (150 g), water (150 ml), put a water seal and wait 10-14 days. After the specified time, drain the juice through the tube without affecting the sediment, and repeat the same process for the third time.

When the water seal stops bubbling, the wine is ready. It needs to be drained and filtered through gauze for greater transparency.

We bottle the new wine, send it to the refrigerator. There it should ripen completely. This process takes quite a long time - from 4 months to six months.

We are waiting for the right occasion and enjoying our handiwork!
