Shortbread potatoes with condensed milk and cocoa

Homemade chocolate truffles! Prepare a simple and delicious treat! Of course, my mother cooked such potatoes in my childhood for the holidays. Probably, all mothers then knew how to do it? :) And I learned when the children appeared, and before I didn't even think that the cooking process could be so simple. Depending on the size, sweet potatoes can be called sweets or cakes. And you can decorate it in different ways - with nuts and chocolate glaze, and for the glaze, for example, colored dragees. Kids love potatoes, and I always trust them to decorate it!

Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h 15 min

We will cook a sweet treat like this:

1. We crumble cookies into crumbs. You can do this with a blender or just put the cookies in a plastic bag and mash it right in it with a rolling pin. Pour the crumbled cookies into a bowl.

2. Put cocoa to the liver, mix.

2. Add the softened butter to the bowl, which you need to get out of the refrigerator in advance.

3. Pour out the condensed milk, mix the sweet mass well. It is necessary to achieve uniformity.

4. Form balls from the resulting mass. The size of the balls depends only on your desire.

5. Put the resulting balls in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Sweet potatoes can be stored in the refrigerator for several days, but they are unlikely to stay that long!

6. Before serving, roll the potatoes in powdered sugar.

Have a nice tea party!
