Chop the cheese with a blender, mix with butter, garlic (crushed or passed through a presser), pepper.
Wash and dry the cherry. Put the tomato in the center of the cheese tortilla. Then we close it completely and shape it into a ball.
Roll the balls in chopped parsley. We keep it in the refrigerator for half an hour, then serve it.
Instead of parsley, you can take dill or nuts. Paprika, sesame, yolk and so on will also work.
