Sandwiches with red caviar Boats

The most delicious and favorite holiday snack! Not so long ago, my husband had a birthday and I was preparing a festive table on the occasion of this celebration. The day before, I had prepared all the food that I intended to serve to the guests for the holiday. The matter remained only for a cold snack. Initially, I wanted to make sandwiches with red caviar, but this dish is not particularly original, although it is loved by many. After a little reflection, I decided to leave my idea with caviar, but modernize it a little and cook sandwiches with red caviar "Boats". I must say that the dish turns out to be very beautiful, and the taste adds even more piquancy. If you also want to surprise your guests with this snack, I recommend cooking it.

The cooking recipe is as follows. Cut the bread into pieces 1.5 centimeters thick, smear them with oil and apply an even layer of red caviar. Now thinly slice the lemon. Pierce one side of the citrus with a toothpick, cling to the olive, pierce through and pierce the opposite side of the lemon. Now we stick the resulting "sail" into the sandwich. We do this with all the sandwiches. We put them on a dish and serve them to the table. I am sure your guests will be delighted!
