Chicken liver pate in a slow cooker

Tender delicious liver pate will be useful on the festive table! I usually prepare such a snack for a festive feast. But, sometimes, I pamper my family on weekdays - sandwiches with such pate are nutritious and delicious, they go well both for breakfast and as a snack during the day. And thanks to the slow cooker, cooking liver pate is easy and fast.

To prepare this delicious pate, you need:

1. Put the slow cooker to warm up in the "Frying" mode.
2. Finely chop the onion.
3. In a preheated slow cooker, add a little more than half of the butter.
4. Fry the onion in oil until translucent.
5. After about 3-4 minutes, add sour cream or cream, stir and fry for another couple of minutes.
6. Wash the liver and grind it in a blender.
7. Stop frying, add onion to liver, add salt and pepper as well. Once again, chop everything and mix.
8. Fill any small silicone molds with a mixture from a blender.
9. Cook in a slow cooker for a couple in the appropriate mode for 12 minutes.
10. On the hot pate in molds, distribute an equal amount of the remaining butter and let the butter melt and the pate cool.
11. Remove the cooled pate from the molds to the dish.

Ready-made pate can be smeared on sandwiches or eaten together.
