Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h 10 min

1. Hearts are well washed, cut off excess fat, dried, and then cut into strips.

2. We wash and peel carrots and a piece of ginger. Three of both on a grater.

3. Peel the onion, cut finely.

4. Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil, spread the onion, fry for 3 minutes, stirring.

5. Spread the grated carrots and ginger, mix, cook everything together for 5 minutes.

6. Add the hearts, fry everything together for another 5-7 minutes.

7. Fill the contents of the pan with water, pour salt and seasonings, mix, cook everything together under the lid on moderate heat for 20 minutes.

8. Add tomato paste, flour, mix, keep on fire for a minute and turn off.
