Then we put the breaded squid in a sieve and remove the excess flour so that they do not stick together. Pour sunflower or olive oil into a frying pan and heat it up, covering it with a lid. Then we put our squid in hot oil and fry them until golden brown, for a few minutes. We get a delicious squid fillet in batter, with fragrant chili pepper and sea salt. Although this recipe is taken from Chinese cuisine, it can be prepared by any housewife.
