Let's start cooking this delicious dish with the preparation of vegetables. Wash them, peel the onions and carrots. Cut the onion into half rings, grate the carrots. Peel the potatoes that need to be coarsely chopped. Cut the tomato into cubes.

So, wash the liver, blot it with napkins. Cut into medium-sized pieces, which roll in flour and fry. Add the onion to the liver, continuing to fry. Stir from time to time.

Put the fried liver and onion in a pot (or a duck dish, a baking dish), put potatoes, tomatoes, carrots, salt and pepper to them. Add sour cream, mix everything. Fill the pot with two-thirds of the water. The future dish can be baked in a preheated 180 degree oven for an hour or a little more.
