In addition, it does not take much time to cook A wonderful dish: the tender turkey fillet is wonderfully combined with sweet juicy pineapples. I really like turkey meat.     Salt the resulting chops on both sides, sprinkle with curry and ground paprika. We put the chops on a greased baking sheet with vegetable oil

    Now lightly lubricate the meat with mayonnaise (it can be easily replaced with classic yogurt or sour cream, but then add more salt to the meat). Spread pineapple rings on top of the mayonnaise. I got 2 pineapple pucks for each chop

Since the meat is well beaten off, this time is quite enough for cooking, but it will definitely not have time to dry out. It is better to close the baking sheet with foil at the beginning of cooking, otherwise the cheese will dry out quickly. But in the last 5 minutes of baking, remove the foil so that the cheese turns golden
