Peel the pumpkin, cut it into large pieces and bake them in the oven, setting it at 180 degrees. We keep it for 40-45 minutes.

Then cool and turn into mashed potatoes.

Add to the puree half of the specified portion of sugar, half a portion of semolina, one egg. Mix everything together.

Add the remaining semolina, sugar, and egg to the cottage cheese. Put the washed and dried raisins, mix everything.

Lubricate the mold with butter and put the pumpkin in it first, the curd mass on top. Alternate layers until the masses run out.

Bake the casserole for 50 minutes at 180 degrees.
