Zucchini in the oven with minced meat and mushrooms

An extremely tasty and flavorful snack for the everyday menu! Zucchini itself is very tasteless. That's why I like dishes that are associated with stuffing zucchini. I read this recipe in a magazine about delicious food. I really liked the photo. Everything looked very appetizing. I decided to cook Zucchini boats stuffed with mushrooms at home myself. It turned out to be an excellent dish and a very satisfying meal for every day. This recipe is good because you can take any stuffing for minced meat. I have it mushroom, you can have meat.
