Cupcake with cocoa in the oven

Simple, delicious, fragrant, with a rich chocolate flavor. Cupcake with cocoa in the oven is my favorite and time-tested pastry. Very convenient and easy to prepare, with an excellent result! It is perfect for a family tea party and even for a festive table, if you decorate it with cream and berries.

Step-by-step cooking

Cooking time: 1 h
  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

How to make a cupcake with cocoa in the oven? There is no need to take food out of the refrigerator in advance. It is better to sift flour with baking powder to enrich it with oxygen. Prepare a baking dish.

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2.

Put the right amount of butter, sugar, cocoa powder (spoons without a slide) in a saucepan and pour the required amount of milk. Put the saucepan on medium heat, mix its contents.

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3.

Constantly stirring the chocolate mass with a whisk or spoon, bring to a boil, but do not boil. Remove from heat and cool to room temperature.

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4.

Add eggs to the cooled mass (having previously broken them) and stir with a whisk until smooth.

  5. Step 5:

    Step 5.

Pour the flour in two or three batches, sifted with baking powder (it is better to sift part of the flour separately so that it is possible to adjust its amount), and mix so that there are no lumps. The consistency of the dough should resemble the dough for pancakes. If necessary, add a little less or a little more flour (focus on the consistency). Turn on the oven to warm up to 180 degrees.

  6. Step 6:

    Step 6.

Cover the baking dish with parchment or grease with butter. Pour out the chocolate dough, leveling with a spatula. Place the cupcake form in the preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes or until ready. Readiness can be checked with a toothpick or a wooden skewer — it should come out dry from the middle of the cake.

  7. Step 7:

    Step 7.

Remove the finished cake from the oven and leave it in the mold for a few minutes. After that, place the finished pastries on a board or grill until completely cooled. Serve the cupcake by cutting it into pieces. The cupcake is perfect for a cup of coffee or a glass of milk.

The cupcake turned out to be very tasty, perfectly pronounced chocolate taste. My family really liked him.
I was preparing a cupcake in a rectangular shape of 12 x 25 cm. But you can also bake small cupcakes from the same dough (baking time will need to be reduced), which are convenient to take with you to work or to school for a child.

Keep in mind that everyone has different ovens. The temperature and cooking time may differ from those specified in the recipe. To make any baked dish successful, use the useful information about the features of ovens !

In order for the oven to have time to heat up to the desired temperature, turn it on in advance (10-20 minutes before cooking).

Be prepared for the fact that flour may need more or less than indicated in the recipe. Focus not on the amount of flour, but on the desired consistency of the dough. To avoid mistakes, read about flour and its properties!
