This salad often helped me out in the first years of my work at school after uni. I got classes in two shifts. Therefore, I left home in the morning and returned late at night, closer to 8-9 o'clock. I had neither the strength nor the desire to cook something, but I wanted to eat brutally. I didn't add greens, I dried crackers in advance on the weekend in large quantities, so it took me literally 5 minutes to prepare.
The same salad was sold in our student cafeteria. Absolutely everyone liked him. But the portion was very small. Therefore, I sometimes cooked it at home and in large portions, so that I would definitely eat from the heart.
The salad is not very tasty, but it is satisfying. You can also add canned peas to it.

If there are ready-made crackers - purchased or homemade, then the cooking time can be reduced to 10 minutes.
