Lasagna from ready-made sheets with ground beef

Incredibly delicious and satisfying lasagna will fit perfectly into any menu! The culinary recipe of this dish is very easy. I've been cooking lasagna at home for three years already, when they started selling lasagna sheets. Maybe they were sold somewhere before, but not so long ago in my city. You can also make the dough for the sheets yourself. But it's more convenient with ready-made ones. Lasagna is a very satisfying dish. This food is suitable for cooking in autumn and winter. Children like it. It is recommended for those who are not afraid to spoil the figure. Our chef at work told me about how to cook lasagna with minced meat.

Preparing the products.
Cut the onion and garlic smaller. Grate the carrots. Peel the tomatoes and rub them on a grater or in a blender. To make the skin come off easier, tomatoes need to be poured with boiling water and let them stand.
We start cooking. Fry onion and garlic in vegetable oil in a frying pan. Add carrots, fry, add minced meat, pepper, salt and leave to simmer for 20-25 minutes until ready. At the appropriate time, add the tomatoes and simmer for another 5 minutes.

Now we are preparing the sauce. Completely melt the butter. Add flour, mix well. Even fry a little. Pour in the milk. But milk should be poured in a thin trickle. Mix well and bring to a boil. Heat the sauce until it looks like liquid sour cream. It is very important to make sure that there are no lumps. Add a little salt to the sauce and garlic. Garlic can be replaced with nutmeg. Grate the cheese on a medium grater. We take a baking dish. I have a form with a height of 5 cm. 20x30. We put lasagna sheets in it, but you need to carefully read how to cook them on the package. There are those that can be immediately put into preparation, and some need to be boiled beforehand.
We spread the meat sauce on the lasagna sheets, but not all, but half. Lubricate with the prepared sauce, use one third. Sprinkle with grated cheese, use half of the cheese. Again, we put the lasagna sheets on a layer of cheese. We spread the rest of the meat, sauce on the meat, half of the remaining sauce and cheese. Cover everything with lasagna sheets. Lubricate the sauce. Put it in the oven. Bake for 40-45 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
After the specified time, remove the lasagna from the oven and sprinkle with parmesan, and then put it back in the oven for 5-10 minutes. Lasagna can be served with tomato sauce. Onions, carrots are fried, tomatoes are added and all this is stewed for about 20-25 minutes.
