Peel and grate the carrots using a coarse grater. Can be cut into thin strips. Pour milk into a saucepan and add butter. In this mixture, put out the carrots. At the end of cooking, add semolina. This should be done carefully and constantly stir with a spoon.

Grease the baking dishes with oil and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Enter the prepared dough. The top of the pudding should be smeared with sour cream and sent to the oven. Bake for about 25 minutes.
