Cooking method

Cooking time: 2 hours

1. Peel and dice the onion.

2. Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil, put the onion in it, fry until a beautiful golden color.

3. Boiled meat is cut into large pieces, after which we chop it with a meat grinder along with onions and herbs.

4. It remains to add salt to the filling, add pepper to taste.

5. We divide the dough into two parts - one should be slightly larger (it will go for the base). So, we roll out most of it and put it in a mold, form the sides.

6. We spread the filling on the dough.

7. Roll out the second part of the dough, cover the pie, pinch the edges.

8. Let the pie stand for 20 minutes in a warm place, after which we lubricate the surface with yolk.

9. Bake the pie in a preheated 180 degree oven for 45 minutes.
