You need to peel the onion, cut into thin slices and fry a little in a frying pan suitable for baking. The fish must be cleaned of the entrails, processed and washed. Divide it into portions and rub with salt. Cut small potato tubers into circles and fry in vegetable oil.
Put the cod on the onion. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into circles too. Cover the pieces of fish in a frying pan with them and sprinkle with salt and fragrant spices. To make the fish juicier, pour 4 tablespoons of water. Cover the fish pieces with fried potatoes, cover the pan with a lid and put in a heated oven for half an hour.
The finished fish is good with parsley and sauce.
