Papaya and pineapple

Try to make a tropical cocktail! Papaya and pineapple with mango create a delicious taste in one drink! This cocktail can be served with a couple of oatmeal cookies, it is very useful because it does not contain sugars, only the natural sweetness of fruits. Mango and papaya should be chosen as ripe as possible, then they are sweeter.

To prepare a cocktail, you will need a blender and a little time:

- peel the mango and papaya, cut into cubes;

- also peel pineapple, cut the pulp into cubes;

- peel the ginger root, chop it with a knife;

- put the prepared fruits and ginger in the bowl of a blender, grind to a puree state;

- add a little freshly squeezed lemon juice and zest to the fruit puree, as well as a pinch of cinnamon;

- pour almond milk, beat again.

Pour the drink into tall glasses, serve it on the table. If desired, you can add a couple of ice cubes.
