Ivan St. John's Wort tea

The peculiarity of this recipe is that tea is brewed not with boiling water, but simply with hot water.

Cooking method

Cooking time: 30 min

1. Pour the water into the kettle, send it to the fire, bring it to a boil.

2. Put herbs in a small saucepan: St. John's wort and Ivan tea.

3. Cool the boiling water a little, to about 80 degrees, after which we pour the prepared herbs with it.

4. Cover the pot with a lid, let the tea brew for 10 minutes.

5. After the specified time, filter the drink, add honey, mix.

We serve tea on the table in a warm form.
