Cooking method

Cooking time: 30 min

This is a very simple and quick dessert. It is so easy to cook (and the result is excellent!) that it will surely take its rightful place in the cookbook of any sweet tooth.

We'll start by laying out the cherry to defrost. Lightly squeeze the juice out of it, put the cherry on a paper towel to absorb excess moisture. Cherries need to be taken already without seeds.

Now we will prepare chocolate mousse. There's nowhere easier to do it! We prepare all the ingredients, break the chocolate into pieces. We put a small saucepan on the fire (medium heating), put the chocolate in it, pour out the sugar and fill everything with water. Pour in the rum.

Prepare the mousse, stirring. It is important not to overexpose the chocolate so that it does not have lumps, but remains in a liquid state. Therefore, we do not stop stirring. You also need to prepare a bowl of ice water in advance, where a saucepan will fit.

As soon as the chocolate mass has become homogeneous in consistency, we lower the saucepan into ice water. We take out the mixer and start whipping up the future mousse. Beat for at least 7-8 minutes until thickened. The degree of density should be determined independently to your taste.

Mousse is ready. We proceed to whipping cream. Beat them at medium speed, gradually increasing it, to soft peaks, then pour in the rum and beat for another half a minute.

We are starting to serve the finished dessert! Doing this is very interesting - a solid aesthetic pleasure! Put whipped cream on the bottom of the cremans, then chocolate mousse, then cherries. We continue to alternate the layers to the top of the cream bowl.

Dark chocolate three on a coarse grater and sprinkle desserts on top.

It is already possible to serve on the table and enjoy!
