Step-by-step cooking

Cooking time: 10 min
  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

Prepare all the ingredients needed to make the salad. I took dill from the greens, you can also use parsley and green young onions. Peel the avocado and shallots. Drain the brine from the mozzarella cheese, remove the outer hard sheets from the cabbage. Rinse all vegetables and herbs under running clean water.

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2.

Chop the Peking cabbage into thin strips. Not only thin young leaves are suitable for salad, but also those that are thicker.

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3.

Cut a ball of mozzarella cheese into small cubes, cut the onion into thin half rings or rings, send everything to the cabbage.

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4.

Dry the tomatoes with paper napkins, cut half of the mini tomatoes in half, leave the rest intact, so the salad will look more beautiful and appetizing. Add the tomatoes to the salad bowl.

  5. Step 5:

    Step 5.

Chop the avocado into small cubes, you can mash the pulp with a fork into small pieces. Add avocado to all ingredients.

  6. Step 6:

    Step 6.

Mash canned tuna into pieces with a fork and add to the salad. I had tuna in oil, so I didn't fill the finished salad. If you use canned food in your own juice, then season the finished salad with a small amount of vegetable or olive oil.

  7. Step 7:

    Step 7.

The finishing touches are left. Chop the greens finely and add them to the salad bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste.

  8. Step 8:

    Step 8.

Mix the salad well before serving. Try again for salt, if necessary, then add salt. You can serve it to the table!

Salads with canned tuna are very tasty and healthy. The meat of this fish contains a large amount of protein, fatty acids, minerals and vitamins.

The finished salad can be cooled in the refrigerator for a while before serving.

Is perfect in a salad, as an addition, freshly squeezed lemon juice.

Such a salad can replace a full dinner if you follow a diet or proper nutrition. Due to tuna, cheese and avocado, the salad turns out to be healthy and incredibly satisfying.

Bon appetit!
