Rinse the rice, pour warm water, keep for half an hour.

Drain the water, pour the rice with cold water (0.5 liters), cook until tender.

Mix rice with milk, bring to a boil.

Dilute starch in a small amount of milk, add to the rice mixture.

Cook for 5 minutes on low heat. Put sugar, vanilla sugar. Cook for 2 minutes.

Pour the syutlach pudding into molds, let cool. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
