I love cooking and all my family are happy to taste my new recipes. One day my friend gave me a cookbook for my birthday, in which I saw the section "Portuguese cuisine". I had never encountered anything like this before and it became very interesting to me. It turns out that this kitchen is based on very simple ways of cooking. And now I want to share with you one delicious dish called Portuguese Chickpea salad.
In general, chickpeas (peas) are a very useful thing, I like to add it to different dishes, as it fits almost everything. So, first I'll boil the chickpeas. Then I take the tomatoes and peel them from the seeds. I cut not very large pieces. I like to use Bulgarian pepper, if you are also fans of it, then you can take both red and green halves. Now I'm going to cut the eggs. I drain the oil from the tuna and send it to the whole general mixture. I cut the red onion into half rings and add the same chickpeas that I talked about at the beginning and carefully cooked. I will season the resulting salad with olive oil and add a little lemon juice. I carefully put my dish in a salad bowl and serve it on the table.
If you cook this dish for the person you love, while lighting candles and pouring a glass of white wine, then it will definitely turn out to be unforgettable.
