Just an incomparable culinary recipe of Portuguese cuisine, which this summer has become my favorite. It tastes surprisingly fresh, and despite the fact that it is the first course, it perfectly copes with the role of a snack for strong alcoholic beverages. They can safely decorate the festive table – it will be an original and unexpected solution. And therefore there will be no end of those who want to try this soup among the guests, believe me. Yes, also: Red Sauce soup is somewhat similar to Spanish gazpacho, but still different from it.
Finely chop the sweet pepper, peeling it from the seeds. Then rub it together with garlic and salt into a mush. Tomatoes scalded with boiling water are peeled, cut into two parts and remove all seeds. After finely chop. I used a mixer myself – I turned tomatoes into a homogeneous mass, so it tasted better. We dilute the tomato puree with water, pour vegetable oil and vinegar here, add pepper and garlic, mix well and pour the chopped greens. You can take the greens that you personally like. For example, I added dill and parsley. I don't really like basil, so I refused it. You can put cilantro, it will also turn out well. In the recipe, it was recommended to simply cut the bread into squares and put it in a plate, pouring soup. Try to dry the bread beforehand, but only slightly, the food will come out even tastier. Add salt to taste.
