Ice cream with durian

Sweet tooth is recommended to see this recipe! Who doesn't like ice cream? I've tried all the varieties, but no one has tried durian yet.

Remove the durian seeds, and grind the pulp in a blender. Beat until you get a paste-like mass. Put it in the cold.
Beat the yolks with sugar and vanilla until smooth.
Boil the cream and milk and immediately reduce the heat to a minimum. This milk liquid is gradually introduced to the mixture with the yolks, stirring constantly. Be sure to make sure that there are no bubbles or clotting. This mass should also be left in the refrigerator to cool down.
Combine the two cooled components and mix. So the ice cream with an exotic fruit – durian is ready.
