Step-by-step cooking

Cooking time: 30 min
  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

Prepare all the necessary products. Broccoli, of course, is best to take fresh, new crop. Please note, it should be a bright green color, and the inflorescences should be elastic to the touch. If you decide to cook from frozen cabbage, then defrost it in advance and drain the excess liquid. Take large eggs, preferably homemade. Such eggs are not only large and delicious, but also have a bright, beautiful yolk, which will add color to our dish.

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2.

Wash the cabbage well. Broccoli inflorescences are quite small, a lot of dirt can accumulate in them, so treat its washing with great attention. First of all, wash the broccoli with hot water, and even better if you use a special brush and vegetable detergent. Divide the cabbage into small inflorescences, and remove the stalk.

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3.

Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan. It can be anything from inexpensive sunflower to elite olive, but it must be refined. Only unrefined oils do not burn in a frying pan. Add the broccoli inflorescences and fry them for literally 2-3 minutes. If desired, you can add some spices and seasonings to the pan: crushed garlic clove, onion cubes, or maybe ground paprika, dried dill or thyme! Choose for yourself!

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4.

Wash the eggs well. It is necessary to do this, because the shell contains a huge amount of bacteria. Beat into a bowl and stir with a fork. You don't have to stir the eggs if you want to leave the whole yolks.

  5. Step 5:

    Step 5.

Salt the egg mass. At this stage, you can also pepper it or add dried herbs.

  6. Step 6:

    Step 6.

    Mix the egg mass.

  7. Step 7:

    Step 7.

Pour the broccoli in a frying pan and cook over low heat for about 10-12 minutes. If desired, you can cover the pan with a lid. Make sure that the whole egg protein is necessarily well baked - it is in the protein that bacteria can be contained if they get into the egg from the shell.

  8. Step 8:

    Step 8.

A great idea for a delicious and healthy breakfast. Bon appetit!
