A great substitute for bread or buns for tea! Sometimes you just want to quickly diversify the usual menu. The easiest way is to fry simple tortillas, which can be served to the table instead of bread and even with sour cream or other sauce with a drink.

Pour kefir, yeast mixture into a bowl with wheat flour, add salt and pour vegetable oil. Mix the ingredients until an elastic and smooth mass is obtained.

And each subsequent batch of tortillas will be prepared even faster.
