Sandwiches with mayonnaise sprats tomato and cucumber

To begin with, we take bread, I prefer a loaf, and cut into equal slices of about 1 centimeter (the humps can be postponed). Now we put these slices on a baking sheet and put them in a preheated oven to 120 degrees. After the bread is browned on one side, turn the slices over and fry them on the other side, then take the loaf out of the oven and cool it. Now we rub each slice with garlic on one side and smear it well with mayonnaise. Next, cut the cucumber and tomato into circles of about 0.5 centimeters. We put one circle of cucumbers and tomatoes on each smeared slice of bread. Then we open a jar of sprat in oil and spread 1-2 pieces on each slice. Decorate the top with greenery.
