Crispy chicken legs are suitable as a snack for beer. We usually cook chops in batter. They can be made from chicken, pork, beef and other meat. However, whole pieces of meat can also be cooked in batter. In my case, it's chicken drumsticks. The recipe, though high in calories, is delicious.

The simplest batter for chicken is made from three basic ingredients – eggs, flour and milk and supplemented with all kinds of spices. It is responsible for the juiciness of the meat, so during the cooking process you need to monitor its consistency, it should not be too thick or liquid. To make the crust more crispy, the flour is partially replaced with starch.
Another option is to replace milk with mayonnaise. But vegetable oil is added. Such a batter turns out to be quite thick.
