Wrap the chicken fillet in a film in one layer and beat it off (you can not wrap it in a film, but it turns out more carefully). The beaten fillet is seasoned with salt and pepper (you can add your favorite seasonings to the chicken). Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the fillets over high heat for a few minutes on each side until golden brown (the thinner the meat is beaten off, the less you need to fry the fillets, do not over-dry it).
Remove the finished fillet from the heat and let it cool. In the meantime, let's get on with the rest of the ingredients. Lettuce leaves are arbitrarily cut, onions are chopped into thin half rings, cherry and boiled quail eggs are cut into halves, cheese is cut into thin plates with a vegetable peeler (cheese can also be grated or diced). Cut the cooled chicken breast into strips and add to the rest of the ingredients. With olive oil, vinegar (or lemon juice), salt and pepper, we make a dressing. We fill our salad with quail eggs, mix and serve to the table. Enjoy your meal!
