A simple and quick dinner option for the whole family! Turkey in sweet sauce, cooked according to this recipe, turns out to be insanely delicious and tender to the taste. Cooking method

Cooking time: 45 min

1. Wash the turkey meat thoroughly in cold running water and wipe dry with paper towels. Then cut it into medium portions.

2. In a small container, mix salt, ground black pepper and flour together. You can additionally add any dry spices as desired. Mix the ingredients well and pour them into a tight bag with a lock. Next, put the sliced and well-dried pieces of turkey into the same bag and close tightly and hermetically. Mix the meat well with spices and flour in a bag so that each piece of turkey is covered with this mixture.

3. In a frying pan of a sufficiently large diameter and with a thick bottom, heat olive oil (you can replace it with any other vegetable). As soon as the oil is hot enough, put the turkey pieces in the pan, first taking them out of the bag and shaking off the excess flour and spices. Fry the turkey over medium heat until golden brown for 3-4 minutes. Then turn to the other side and also fry until golden brown. After that, remove the meat from the pan, transferring it to a plate.

4. Pour sweet red dessert wine into the same oil where the turkey was fried. Mix it with the rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil. Then reduce the heat to moderate and cook the sauce for about 10 minutes to evaporate the alcohol. The liquid in the pan should be halved at the same time.

5. Put the pieces of the already fried turkey back into the pan, cover them with sweet wine sauce and simmer a little for a couple of minutes, covered with a lid.

6. At the end of cooking, sprinkle the turkey with grated parmesan and remove the pan from the heat.

Let the dish stand under the lid for a few more minutes, after which you can serve it to the table with pre-boiled noodles or some other side dish.

Bon appetit!
