Prepare all the necessary products for making a tortilla.

Peel the onion, wash it and cut it with feathers. Rinse the zucchini, cut into half rings. Choose a young squash, with unripe seeds, in the finished dish it will be soft and juicy. Put the onion and zucchini in a frying pan. Add salt, pepper and fry a little in vegetable oil.

Transfer the browned vegetables to a plate.

Add canned beans and corn to a preheated frying pan. Sprinkle with lemon juice and warm up. Use the beans in tomato sauce.

Put the tortilla in a dry frying pan and lightly fry on both sides. Place the tortilla on the work surface, brush with sauce. The sauce can be any, according to your taste. In this case, sesame sauce.

Put a layer of zucchini and onions on the sauce.

Put the corn and beans on top of the zucchini.

Arrange the tomatoes cut into circles.

Cover with the second half of the tortilla.
