But I choose rabbit, it is more dietary. You can not go along the "path" of frying, but immediately put everything in a stewpan. But frying gives a pleasant taste to the dish. Meat and vegetables become saturated with the taste and smell of beer, alcohol evaporates, but the taste remains. You can use any greens, coriander, dill, parsley or basil. Not everyone likes celery, so you can skip it from the list of ingredients, or add a little. Due to the fact that such a dish is not prepared every day, it will be an interesting decoration for the table for guests or family. A good, hearty snack for the feast. Because of the soft vegetables after cooking, it is best to eat it freshly cooked. A heated dish is not the best option. Vegetables just simply turn into porridge.
