    Peel the bell pepper, cut into large pieces. It is better to use peppers of different colors: one is red, the other is yellow. Peel the chili pepper from the seeds (if you prefer it sharper, then you can not extract the seeds) and cut into small triangles. Peel the onion, cut in half, cut each half lengthwise and across once.
