    Pour vegetable oil into a deep frying pan or saucepan. Fry the chicken fillet until the meat turns white and a slight blush appears, stirring with a spatula over medium heat, remove it from the pan.

    Put onions on the remaining oil in a frying pan, fry it over medium heat, stirring with a spatula, until the onion becomes transparent and begins to brown a little. Onions are also removed from the pan, sent to a bowl with chicken.

    Add wheat flour to the frying pan where the onion was fried and, stirring with a spatula, fry them together for 2-3 minutes. Pour water into the pan and immediately start stirring so that the flour does not gather into lumps and the sauce does not burn. When the mass begins to thicken, pour in cream or thick sour cream diluted with water and continuing to mix with a spatula, let the sauce boil for a couple of minutes.

    Add spices to the sauce: salt, ground black pepper and paprika, garlic passed through a press, mix the sauce with spices so that they completely disperse in the mixture. Then we send fried chicken fillets and onions to a saucepan with sauce, mix, cover the pan with a lid and simmer the chicken in the sauce over low heat for about 10 minutes.

    Add chopped pre-washed green onions to the meat in the sauce, it will make the dish juicier and more fragrant. Stir, keep on fire for another 2-3 minutes and turn off the fire.
