Simple sandwiches with sprats

Simple and delicious sandwiches for you and your guests! You will also need a toaster to make these sandwiches. If there is no toaster, as a last resort, you can lightly fry rye bread in a frying pan without butter.

So, we cut slices of rye bread into two halves to make triangles.
Lightly dry the bread in the toaster, then rub them still hot with half a garlic. And we put a thin layer of mayonnaise on the bread on one side, just to make the sandwiches more juicy.
Spread a slice of pickled cucumber on top of the mayonnaise, and one sprat on top. As a result, we will have 12 sandwiches. You can decorate them with a sprig of parsley.
