Grate potatoes and white onion on a fine grater. Strain the mass through a sieve, add salt and pepper, add an egg, a little flour.

Fry potato buns in a frying pan in vegetable oil. To do this, put two special cooking rings in the pan in which to place the potato mass and fry until half cooked.

Then place them on a baking sheet and bring them to readiness in the oven. Minced meat for burgers is knocked out several times on the table so that it becomes strong. Form thin cutlets from minced meat and fry them on both sides until ready. Cut tomatoes into rings. Cut red onion into rings, fry lightly and add sugar to it, caramelize. Cut the pickled cucumbers into cubes. Cut the bright yellow cheese into squares. We collect bulbulgers. Ready-made potato buns are first smeared with sour cream. Put a lettuce leaf on top, two overlapping tomato rings, then a cutlet, ketchup, cucumbers, onion rings, cheese. Grease the remaining potato buns with cheese sauce, and place them on top of our burgers with the sauce down. Preheat our burgers in the oven or microwave so that the cheese melts.
