1. Mix the egg yolk with sugar and salt.
2. Add sour cream, mix thoroughly.
3. Pour vegetable oil and soda slaked in vinegar.
4. Add the sifted flour in small portions. Knead a thick dough.
5. From the dough, make balls the size of a walnut. Flatten the balls with a cooking hammer to apply the pattern. You can just press it with your fingers or a glass.
